Working in NYC and living in the suburbs I personally have a 4+ hour daily commute. Finding ways to continuously work toward achieving my best version  was a challenge but not impossible and ultimately became fun along the way.  Join me along my journey to discover the tips, ticks, and hacks I used to optimize my days and show how you too can become the fitter commuter!
