Working in NYC and living in the suburbs I personally have a 4+ hour daily commute. Finding ways to continuously work toward achieving my best version was a challenge but not impossible and ultimately became fun along the way. For those of us that work the 9-5, 5-9 or anything in between- I provide balanced, efficient and effective  lifestyle solutions to help us become our best versions- For most of us, commuting is a part of our daily routines whether its 4 hours, 4 miles, or 4 min it is something we have to plan around as we work towards becoming our best selves. To become this version- it’s a journey and it starts with you by choosing which daily routine best describes your current lifestyle.
