Increasing the odds! Who doesn't want better odds?? Whether its running the tables in Atlantic City, Saratogo at the horse races, or the game of life- increasing ones odds for their desired outcome is part of our nature.
Bettering a 50/50 chance of returning to a routine which is the same or BETTER post WFH is fairly easy- It will take a little self discipline, but sticking with the little things like waking up at a set time of the day- EACH DAY... EVERYDAY (ok you can have some slack on the weekends) is part of the first step toward making sure when you go back to the office your mind and body will already be equipped with the new change- Because it wont be a perceivable change- because you have already been doing it each and every day.
