Working from home, on the surface, is the ultimate in work freedom- You can make your own hours (to a degree), roll out of bed 3 min before that first AM meeting, and best of all no commuting stress. Its perfect! or is it....???

Prior to my hyper 4+ hour commuting life, I worked from home for close to 5 years and loved it. I could completely optimize all aspects of my life and felt like I was in total control. However over time something was missing... I came to realize there are benefits that can be only had when going into an office and having face to face interactions with co-workers, clients, and chance meetings with the potential next great opportunity. Of course when deciding to make the shift- there would be consequences and gives and takes but that is life.

It is about finding the best balance that works for each and everyone of us. We are in a time now though -where if we are fortunate enough to have the ability-we are all forced to be away from the office and work remotely. This short guide will hopefully give some tips, tricks, and hacks I have found through my own personal prior and current #workingfromhome (WFH- after this you will be full with working from home knowledge might as well start with using the acronym now) experiences to stay #fitathome and most importantly #fitforlife .
